Tom will be supported by 4 newly promoted Senior Research Directors: Adrian Smith, Amelie Treppass, Olivier Boelman and Dr. Tom Wilson, who will ensure clients across the public, private and third sectors continue to benefit from the outstanding service they have come to expect. Newly appointed Head of Operations Nicola Charleton and Operations Manager Rasheda Gani will provide support to both businesses.
Tom said “I’m delighted to be leading a team of highly talented, curious researchers who are extremely motivated to deliver strategically valuable and actionable insights to our clients.”
Tom replaces Miranda Pye who formed Pye Tait in 1991 with Keith Pye. Together they created the highly respected consultancy which helps shape policy, programmes and other initiatives so that decision-makers can act confidently, design well-informed solutions and spend wisely.
