Recruitment

Thank you for visiting our Recruitment page. We are currently recruiting to each of the roles outlined below.

Research Executives (£22k-£29k)

In modern consultancy the work is fast-paced, demanding, and highly satisfying. It’s incredibly varied. Our Research Executives interview senior business people, draft sections of nationally-important reports, develop survey questionnaires, perform analyses, help run focus groups, and much more.

We’re not looking for specific backgrounds for these entry-level roles, we’re seeking a mix of brains together with written and people skills. Degree specialisms are not important but having at least an excellent degree is a must and advanced degrees are desirable.

We are looking for multi-taskers, with excellent writing and good number skills. Training is on the job under the tutelage of experienced senior researchers. Established staff work towards Market Research Society qualifications.

Through mentoring and regular appraisals we work with you to develop new skills, enhance strengths, and resolve or mitigate weaknesses. Your consultancy career is not set in stone – you build it yourself.

Location: these roles will be located at our offices in Harrogate.

Senior Research Executives (£30k-£35k)

We are seeking one or two experienced and exceptional people to fill these roles.

The successful candidates must have a relevant track record, a quick and intelligent mind, excellent style of communication, a high level of presentation skills, accurate and effective writing skills, and good quantitative ability.

Senior Research Executives have experience in commercial research and are expected to be able to take on straightforward client projects.

Location: these roles will be located at our offices in Harrogate.

Research Managers (£36k-£49k)

Research Managers are the heart of the company. They are experienced and capable senior staff.

Their role is to win work, manage research teams, deliver thoughtful final reports, and present the results in an engaging and insightful way. Our Research Managers take responsibility for multiple projects, maintaining great relationships with clients, and managing teams and work. They have effective client-facing and people management skills, as well as excellent writing and analytical abilities.

Progression is to the role of Consultant with promotion being based entirely on merit and performance.

Location: these roles may be located either at our offices in Harrogate or elsewhere in the UK depending on experience and ability. Successful candidates who will be located elsewhere than Harrogate will be required to spend a limited amount of time temporarily based in Harrogate for induction and acclimatisation purposes.
